Putting the rubber thing in the vitamix it will cut it up I know because I've had that happened to me when I forgot to put the top on it. It can also mess up your blades as well.

You a re confusing you said milk and later you said ''just cream and fruit '' and you added cream again. on top but why since you made the cream that would be the cream . We can't see what the ice cream looks since you have added the other cream .
